Our Year 9 Homeschooling Plan

This is the plan I put together for my son’s Year 9 homeschooling curriculum.

As a NSW homeschooler I have to plan my curriculum in a way that accommodates the NSW syllabus. After examining the basics of the syllabus I then worked out a plan that suited the resources I wanted to use. My sequencing doesn’t always correspond exactly with the NESA syllabus but I will eventually cover most of what is expected.

We use some textbooks and some Charlotte Mason’s ideas of narration, notebooking and living books.

If you are wondering if Charlotte Mason homeschooling is a good fit for high school read this post.

I hope it will help some of you with your homeschool curriculum year 9 planning.
