How to Order.

The office will be closed from 16th of April till the 21st of April. Email enquiries will be answered answered after that date.

For fast delivery and secure credit card payments we use PayPal.

Please note you do not need a Paypal account to pay via Paypal. You can select to just use your credit card.

Click on the Add to Cart button near each item that you that wish to purchase to commence your order.

We will confirm your order via email from Paypal.

All ebooks are instant downloads.

After payment you will receive an email from softseller.com in your inbox. This email will give you instant download instructions.

Overseas customers need to order via PayPal. Additional postage will be required for items that need to be posted.

If you do not wish to pay online via credit card or Paypal and prefer direct deposit we can process your order manually. An extra $3.00 manual processing fee will be applied.

We cannot process credit cards over the phone.


All orders are shipped within 4 working days.

We ship via Australia post.

Your goods will usually arrive within 7-10 of purchase. Orders to Western Australia and remote areas can sometimes take 10 days or more.

Postage Calculations

All electronic products have free postage.

All physical products will incur the following postage costs.

$15.00-$25.00 $3.00
$25.01 and above $6.00
Overseas Postage Extra $15.00

Overseas Purchases

We do ship overseas but unfortunately it costs more. We therefore have an extra fee associated with purchases sent overseas. It is weight based. Please purchase your extra postage if required.

For one book it is $15 extra

Returns Policy

There is no return for most eBooks and ebooks are not for resale.

Some ebooks do have a full refund policy. These guarantees are discussed with the product details.

Returns on other products will only be accepted within 10 days of purchase and postage back to us is at your expense.

In the event your goods are received damaged please report this to us within 72 hours of receipt.

We will replace the goods and send you a replacement item as soon as we recieve the damaged goods back.

Please ensure that goods are returned packaged well so as to avoid further damage.
